SHIPPING INFORMATION
-Shipping will always be STANDARD Shipping. No EXPRESS Shipping is available at the time. Shipping period can take up to 10 days for the Americas, 15 days for Europe/Middle East, and 25 days for Asia and Australia. I alternate between FEDEX and DHL as the shipping providers! Tracking will always be included.
Potential TAX import payments, duties or tariffs, such as european VAT and US Tariffs are NOT COVERED BY ME and will be paid by the client during shipping or invoiced by the courier after delivery!
Make sure to check for potential import taxes that may be applied to Brazillian packages in your country.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If the product arrived defective (scratched, dented, broken, wet, ripped etc.) please contact me by email and send me a photo proof, so I can send you a new one, or refund you!
If you refuse to pay import taxes, refunds are only issued once package returns to me which does not always happen and can take a while. Shipping fees are non refundable.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS
- All my prints are water resistant with either BOPP or varnish, but avoid keeping the print in wet or moist places!
-Keep the print out of DIRECT SUNLIGHT! This causes color fading. If you are able, frame it for increased durability!

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP?
-I manage all stages of the production process myself: production of prints, cards, posters, labels, packaging, etc. I have two suppliers for some designs that also have small and artisanal productions! Depending on the number of orders, this can be take a bit of time.
-My business partners, MIMOCADERNOS, ATELIE 26 and UNIVERSO DO MDF, also have a solo and artisanal production that requires time and affection to produce! We want to deliver the best product to you!
